Inspection
Inspect monthly to ensure the extinguisher is fully charged and undamaged. Verify that the pressure gauge needle is within the green zone.
Use
Suitable for classes of fire A, B & C.
Maintenance
Perform maintenance as per IS 2190 standards. Check pressure gauge weekly. The needle should remain in the green zone. If it falls into the red zone, send the extinguisher for immediate recharge.
Recharge
- Use only MAP powder for recharging.
- Do not rely on partially used or discharged extinguishers.
- Recharge after every use complete or partial.
- Only use manufacturer approved replacement parts and authorized service provider for recharging.
Caution
- Content under pressure.
- Do not puncture or incinerate the container.
- Store away from direct sunlight and direct heat.
