Pendant type sprinklers have bulb fitted in them which contains thermal sensitive fluids. In case of a fire outbreak the fluid in the bulb expands and the bulb shatters. Concealed type sprinkler has an operational mechanism similar to pendant type sprinkler but the only difference in the two is that the concealed sprinkler has a cover plate hiding the sprinkler.
